Membership Cancellations and Holds
- Cancellation Policy: One full billing cycle written notification is required to cancel after membership commitment has been met. Click for the Membership Cancellation Form
- General Hold Policy: Written request to the Membership Director required before hold is applied. $20/month up to 5 months. No charge if a medical hold with a Doctor's Note. Click for the Membership Hold Form
