Initial Consultation and Diet Audit

Initial Consultation (20 minutes) – Sit with our Nutrition Specialist to discuss tweaks in water intake, protein and overall daily habits and consumption. This initial consultation is a complimentary service provided to all members and non-members.

Diet Audit (60 minutes) – 3 day meal journaling completed and sent prior to appointment. Audit will address any deficiencies and overall nutrition concerns and/or goals.


1 on 1 Nutritional or Health Coaching

1 on 1 Nutritional Coaching is designed for individuals looking to create a sustainable lifestyle and understand how to create SMART goals, identifying limiting beliefs that create road blocks, and develop skills and tools to successfully navigate them.

1 on 1 Health Coaching is designed to help you identify and mobilize your strengths and motivations of change and creating a plan of action in order to achieve health and wellness goals. Looking at the big picture or goal and breaking it down into SMART goals in order to create sustainable change.

1 on 1 Coaching is available by appointment only and held in-person or virtually via Zoom. 3 month commitment required. For Further Details and to Register see button below!
